Website Discussion Guidelines

Website discussion is allowed in r/HEM_NSFW. You may name and discuss research websites, review platforms, and advertising sites.

The line is facilitation. Do not use website discussions or links to help someone find, identify, contact, book, or visit a provider.

Allowed

  • Naming a website as part of a discussion or personal experience.
  • Asking whether a website is active, reliable, or trustworthy.
  • Discussing fake ads, reused photos, scams, or outdated information.
  • Sharing general observations about how a website works.

Not Allowed

  • Links to provider ads, profiles, listings, search results, or booking pages.
  • Phone numbers, usernames, QR codes, ad numbers, or locations.
  • Screenshots containing links, contact details, or identifying information.
  • Instructions for finding or contacting a specific provider.
  • Requests for local leads or provider recommendations.
  • Encouraging someone to contact or visit a provider.

The Simple Rule

You may discuss websites.

You may not use that discussion to connect someone with paid sexual services.

If your post or comment gives someone a path to a provider, it is facilitation and will be removed under Rule 5.

For a list of commonly used research platforms, see the Helpful Websites & Directories page.
